Absolutely! When redeeming, you can opt for a longer stay, a higher hotel category, or extra activities. Any additional costs will be displayed immediately so there are no surprises.

You can choose your favorite hotel when redeeming the voucher. We collaborate with selected partner hotels that all have good reviews. Some hotels may have a small surcharge.

That falls under our Voucher Guarantee. If your chosen hotel is no longer available, we will arrange an equivalent alternative. Your voucher always retains its full value.

After payment, you will receive your voucher with a personal code directly via email. You can also forward the voucher as a gift to someone else.
